QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To work according to plan provided by Management like DP and other quality procedure.
•Identify the area where procedures are required.
•Inform Branch In charge in case of any non compliance.
•To assist department head in maintaining & implementing quality system & departmental procedure.
•To follow the procedures applied on him as a part of quality system.
•Implement the corrective actions initiated by the management.
•Developing procedures as per requirement.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To reconcile all transfer notes with MRR&Cost&Sales Price with Central/Regional Store
•To increase the cash sale by making store as retail shop(Like fair price shop)
•To reconcile stock with computerized inventory system.
•To arrange spare parts of all Dawlance products with accurate planning.
•To make and send demands at appropriate time(in Advance) to central store/regional store after the approval of Branch Manager or his representative
•To ensure that the physical balance and computer reports are conical.
•
•To check and verify all the supplier / creditors or C.W.S bills.
•To maintain and verify the H.O. units stock with physical and computer stock report. Also sent one copy to Central Desk Customer Service dep’t, as per policy.
•To purchase those items other than spare parts like consume able items.
•To perform any job or task as assigned by the management.
•To assist Account Officer and prepare all CP BP CR BR & JV Vouchers
•Reports related to Accounts/store send to Head Office must be on time and error free as per policy.
