• Managing diferent regional Sub ofices and analyzing operations and staf performance.
• Liaising with diferent departments (RF, NC, BSS/OSS, IT, NOC, Roll Out, NP) to come up with improvement strategies to achieve the organization goals & targets.
• Devise and implement various quality control methods in liaison with Customer & Supplier.
• Devise the annual strategy Plan accordance with network requirement and liaison with Network planning for its approval and execution.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing detailed updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or roadblocks.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Benchmarking the Regional targets and KPI's, working alongside the team to achieve them.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, training sessions and workshops for new and existing staf members.
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant labor laws.
• Ensuring the HSE compliance. Conduct HSE training and awareness workshops for old and new field staf.
• Observing existing staf and operations, developing strategies for improved eficiency and profit, as well as cost reduction.
• Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget. Also take initiative to reduce Opex and Capex.
• Vendor's monthly KPIs calculation and SAC approvals as per locked SLA agreed on timelines in coordination with both customer and supplier Management.
• Proactive approach to identify Network requirements and take up with stakeholders for precautionary measurements.
• To ensure the availability of all spares, coordination with SPMS team for arrangement and fulfil the region requirements.
• Audit the vendor's warehouse to ensure quality of its Transportation and Management to reduce HW damages incidents. Audit of MS Vendor warehouses for Power Spares & consumable availability and quality.
• Analysis to identify the repeated faults and make plan for improvement.
• Evaluate and implement the in-house projects like Overhauling, Battery bank installation etc.
• Ensure PM Plan execution with Quality in given time cycle.
• Approval of Outage work orders and Changes in Network by Other departments on ITMS.
• Monthly Recon & Meetings with Tower CO and Other Operators on SLA breached Sites.

• ON Site BTS & MW PM.
• BTS (ZTE) & MW (DG Telecom, Ericsson) Alarm Rectification.
• MW Media Patching E1/T1.
• MW Link Alignment on deviated link.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and replacement on site equipment of diferent vendors.
• Quality Alarms rectification Like Cell Outage, VSWR, Zero Trafic, TWAMP, TSSR, BSS drops, Fluctuation.
• Rectifier Faults Rectification.
• External Alarm Patching on GSU, GSUR, DDF etc.
• Fire Extinguisher System PM.
• Fire & Temperature Alarm Patching.
• Monitoring of Diesel Generator and Air conditioner PM & CM.
• Trouble Tickets Closure.
• Maintaining Cluster Sites Security.
