4G First Largest Network Rollout Regulatory Compliances/Operations/MIS/Vendor Management/Co-Ordination/Budgeting/Process Automation /Drafting Guidelines/ Designing and implementing work flow for end to end EMF process as well as SACFA process/TERM & Regulatory Meeting/COAI-AUSPI meeting for managing EMF & Regulatory. Automated & Streamlined Pan India EMF & SACFA process for Reliance Jio and its vendor Samsung - Since June’14 till date. ~120000 Sites under development and 3 Lacs Small cells.
Key Core Level Committee (CLC) member for designing the National EMF portal (NEP) along with COAI and Ramboll.
Designing end to end EMF application for Indus Towers Limited which was further handed over for use to Vodafone/Airtel/Idea in 16 circles of Indus Towers.
Centralized Indus EMF applications and successfully launched it in Pan India basis.
Routine customer complaints/TERM meetings/Regulatory issues pertaining to Indus sites were visited which led to saving of ~600 Towers of Indus Towers which were under Radiation threat.
New Initiatives such as combiner solutions-Multiport solutions were also undertaken during my tenure.
Managing and Coordinating the whole EMF Survey for 2G + 3G Sites Vodafone Gujarat Circle i.e.(9000+ Sites).
Validating, Cross verifying, and Coordinating, Query Solving with the Vendors and Field Engineers for successfully and timely completion of the EMF Survey on behalf of Vodafone.
Updating and preparing the Day to Day different MIS Reports and Thereafter submission to Vodafone as well as Reports Submission and Validation & Acceptance from TERM (DOT).
Field visits with TERM (DOT) for EMF Measurement using Agilent EMF Measurement Instrument and thereafter Report Making as Per TERM Guidelines and Formats and Updating on Vodafone National Portal.
Hand on Field Exp of almost 300 Sites for EMF Survey.
Received Appreciation Letter from Vodafone West Ltd for Excellent Work done reaching 100% EMF compliance.
Have also completed 2Biennial Submissions during My Tenure
Monitoring, Trouble Shooting, Finding Faults and solving Network Related issues with Providers like Sprint, Verizon, Novatel, Tata Communications, Bharti Airtel Etc. and serving Customer’s Network Faults for Customer’s Like Reliance Communications, Telecom Italia Sparkle, Verscom, Phone time Networks Etc.
Monitoring, maintenance of Switches, Opening a Trouble Ticket for any faults reported & follow up to escalation Level.
Monitoring & Managing the ACD & ASR of all the customer and carrier networks. Trouble ticketing escalations till resolutions.
Managing the rate-tables of the carriers, customers & loading in the switch of all the countries/cities across the globe.
Designing, Implementing & Managing the Networking (LAN/WAN) for RTO across Gujarat
BSS (BTS & BSC) Maintenance & Repair. Generating System Alarm Report from the OSS servers for the whole of Gujarat.
Fault diagnostics, Alarm monitoring & taking necessary action, intimation, escalation & follow up with coordination of performance department.
Follow up with NMS, NSS, and Transmission to resolve faults in network. EDGE & GPRS configuration implementation in the network. Resolve GPRS related issues and analyzing configuration changes of EDGE & GPRS services.
On field experience of dealing with NOKIS ULTRASITE BTS & NOKIA FLEXISITE BTS. Hands on working experience with Nokia Siemens Specific software’s.
