• Responsible for quality assurance & quality control as per QCS2014 and White Book, encompassing management of project scope, schedule, finance, risk, resources and engineering.
• Preparation of commercial and technical proposals and approvals.
• Preparation of Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures.
• Pre-project Quality planning and integration.
• Preparation of project specific execution plan as per Quality Procedures and QCS2014.
• Preparation of ITPs, Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Preparations and approval of Material Submittals from Clients and Material Inspections for Fit out Works at Site.
• Field and Lab Testing (MDD, FDT, OMC, Compressive Strength, Durability, Strain, Dynamic, etc.) and Reports from third Parties.
• Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.
• Internal QA/QC Audits and Meetings.
• Client liaison.
• Supervision of the entire Project works.
• Soil Sampling, logging and preparation of lab schedules.
• Low Strain Density, Dynamic, Lateral Tests.
• Concrete in-Situ Testing and Backfill Material Testing (FDT, MDD, OMC, etc)
• Familiarize the Project Team with the Quality Management System and BOQ.
• Prepared and provided quotes and bids on materials testing and special inspection work.
• Prepared drilling log sheets and Geotechnical Reports.
• Site Supervision.
• Inspections carried out at site as per ITPs and Approved Drawings.
• Material Inspections and Quality Control
• Documentation and Preparation of Log sheets.
• Geotechnical Investigation of area
