- Managing IT Applications section resources and team, with assurance of IT SOPs. This includes Dynamics AX ERP, Applications Infrastructure, Servers and Web-portals.
- In adoption of project life cycle; handling parameters project time-frame, dead-line, delivery, deployment and documentations. Ensuring ISO procedures compliance as well as SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) of organization. Adoption of ISO procedures with change management and new development requirement. Ensuring business application performance, backups, monitoring and maintenance is undertaken according to ISO practices.
- Administering ERP (Dynamics AX) with all perspectives, architectural, technical, functional and development (customization) as well as Microsoft Management Reporter (MRP). Ensuring business processes are aligned with best strategic plan with ERP system. Assuring ERP system is working with all functional perspectives according to business requirements; Sales and Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory and Warehouse, Cash and Bank, Budgeting, General Ledger, Master Planning and System Administration. Assuring best practices are adopted regarding development process which includes analysis, design and proposal for customizations with ERP system. Managing Management Reporter with application of financial reports which are Income (Profit and Loss) Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Assuring compliance with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) business processes as well as efficiency of system. Ensuring proficiency with Al-Yaum’s products subscription and distribution in CRM system. Moreover administering standard CRM processes (customer services, marketing campaign, sales analysis etc.) are handled with best practices.
- Managing Al-Yaum web portals which includes Newspress system (Editorial), News website (www.alyaum.com), Al-Moboba website (www.almobawabah.com) and Rawna (www.rawnaa.com) website. Administering web portals with strategic business design ensuring performance tuning of applications.
- Managing Information Technology (IT) department, assurance to align IT services. This includes Dynamics AX ERP, Infrastructure & Network, Servers, Web-portals and Websites.
- Project management responsibilities; handling parameters project time-frame, dead-line, delivery, deployment and documentations. Project administration varies from in-house projects and 3rd party.
- Organizing and administering department according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). This assures utilization of quality of service according to IT policies.
- Administering ERP (Dynamics AX) as well as Techno-Functional perspectives. Resolving ERP functional issues specifically with Accounts and Sales department (as stated below in details).
- Managing team handling Data-center, Network & Infrastructure and System Support. Assuring integrity of information by Security applications (Anti-virus, Firewall). Providing support to team in order to complete task-based job.
- Administrating and managing Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 and 2009. Besides, developing AX 2012 object using X++ devoted with Functional issues and Technical troubleshooting.
- Managing users in respect of their roles; therefore implemented fully customized/reconfigured user profiles from scratch as per company policy. The aim was to focus to configure each user precisely for data security reasons.
- Implementation done with AX 2012 from scratch by creating and managing users with AX after configuring master data. Setting their permissions in terms of their departments. Analysing and working functionally mainly on System Administration, Inventory and Warehouse, Production Control, Accounts Receivable and Sales, Accounts Payable and Procurement and General Ledger modules.
- Customized application with Morph-X, Intelli-Morph, X++ either upon support request or as part of extension.
- Handheld Terminal (HHT) application implementation in order to achieve maximum efficiency level within inventory and warehousing. The multi-app based program is written purely in C#. Where ASP .Net Web-Service is deployed on middleware server in order to communicate with AX 2012
- AOT layer. The HHT dedicated application is written/developed with C# to invoke and receive response from web-service.
• Working mainly on ASP .Net and AJAX applications.
• Worked and managed various projects like DoctorSoft Technologies (http://doctorsofttechnology.com), Harbor Remodelling Inc. (http://harborinc.net), AASHTO Bookstore and TABB Group.
• Creating and Managing Databases with SQL Server 2005.
• Providing direct support to clients at America (because company takes only projects from U.S. and U.K.)
• Creating and applying deployments of projects on Development and Production Servers.
• Worked with busy software professionals in team. Developed PDR (Personal Development Review) system and PMS (Property Management System).

were SQL Server and ASP classic.
Worked on Accounting software providing key functionality of managing flow of money exchange. My core responsibility was to design, test and deploy application.

Reports IX.
• Design (ERP) and develop Oracle 6i database.

Tools Used: - Java is mainly used for encryption/decryption. - Ms Access used as database system. - Ms Internet Explorer is used as reports explorer, generated by system.
• GPA: 3.01/4.0 • Project: PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION LTD (PTCL), LEGAL DEPTARTMENT AUTOMATION SYSTEM, PAKISTAN - It is multi dimensional software which has domain of Database as well as Web site. - It facilitates the users to update daily data on Centralized Database Server through Web. - Interfacing with PTCL users is also provided on Web site for report generation and search. - It provides applications of updating data as well as report generating utility. Tools Used: - Oracle 8 NT Server & Developer 2000 for database management. - DLLs in Visual Basic 6 for communication with Oracle. - ASP for Server Side Web language. - Flash for animation purpose and designing loader on web.
