My duties include:
•The overall integrity of the commercial network, server deployment, security, and ensuring that the network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations at the network level. Design and deploy additional networks.
•Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
•Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
•Helpdesk support including: technical consultation with helpdesk staff/users; troubleshooting various hardware, software, and user-related problems in a timely and responsive manner
•Assists with investigating, recommending and installing enhancements and operating procedures that regulate network availability.
•Maintenance and administration of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches as well as a vast array of additional technologies inclusive of both hardware and software.
•Manage the day to day problems of users with instant solution.
•Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc
•Look after maintenance of all computers, printers, network devices and all servers.
•Maintain DC, ADC, File Server, Backup Server, ISA Server 2006 and Antivirus Server in Window Server 2003, Server 2008 Environment.
•Look after all domains related issues of Lahore office

•Troubleshooting system, diagnosing, network & solving hardware/software problems.
•Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
•Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
•Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life-cycle over the network.
•Assists in the inventory of software and PC hardware by developing inventory collection methods in conjunction with other owners of inventory assets
