• Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy
• Plan and direct the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence

• Study/ assess corporate data and reporting requirements.
• Perform data modeling and mapping.
• Prepare data designs including tables, indexes, etc.
• Develop statistical and management reports.
• Implement data warehousing solution and associate tools.
• Assist in training the management/ user community in using data warehouse and reporting tools.
• Perform data cleaning using tools and techniques.
• Assist in selecting data warehouse solution, reporting tools, data cleaning tools, etc.
• Plan and perform data conversion and data migration.
• Perform application support and implementation when required.

• Install and configure the operating system
• Monitor system resource usage
• Detect and correct file system errors
• Maintain system security
• Escalate support issues to suppliers and dealers.

• Maintain, upgrade or support IT infrastructure products (LANs and WANs) to meet the user business requirement, service level and group audit standard
• Provide technical assistance and 24-hour support to service line and users to resolve IT infrastructure failures
• Monitor the key components to WS&T, so as to ensure they are functioning at optimum level
• To participate and implement tasks required by projects team.
• Vendor co-ordination and management
• Recommend changes to infrastructure for capacity issues and performance
• Management of project approvals and expenses

• Input of details form BankNet application into the system & printing the report
• Receive Acknowledgment Pin/Password from Sec. Administrator since designed Pin Custodian
• Dispatch Pin/password to customer through Memo Express
• Preparing of vouchers in case of BankNet 2.0
• Filing of application branch wise in the pending file along with Memo Express job card awaiting acknowledgment form customer
• Forwarding of application along with Pin/Password acknowledgment to branches & filing their copies
• Filing of relevant BankNet reports
