Preparation of Daily and Weekly Progress Reports.
Preparation of Equipment deployment plans.
Coordination with Corporate & Site Procurement, Site store and Q/C department, in order to ensure material
procurement, inspection and approval from Client.
Generate Technical quarries and relevant documents.
Deployment & transportation of Heavy Ton Crane.
Erection of WTGs (Tower sections, Nacelle, Hub & Blades).
Manpower management.
Preparation of heavy lift plan and schedules.
Make method of statement of heavy lifting that will be doing in site.
Provides input for lifting plans / rigging studies for defining installation & erection methods.
Knowledge on analysing lifts and loads, and develops schemes and drawings for planning for crane lifting
operations.
To plan and execute lifting activities to be managed safely according to client’s procedures and local
regulations.
To supervise, coordinate & plan lifting operation throughout the project.
Planning of tools and cranes;
Preparation of risk assessment for equipment erection based on drawings and on site surveys and site.
