 Performing thorough financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and potential areas for performance improvement.
 Preparing ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support key business decisions and management inquiries.
 Ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data supplied by the accounting team to internal stakeholders and external parties.
 Monitoring and supervising expenditure patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring budget adherence.
 Evaluating capital expenditures, depreciation schedules, investment proposals, and rate of return metrics to support informed investment decisions.
 Analyzing cash flow statements to monitor liquidity and ensure adequate working capital for business operations.
 Providing meaningful financial commentary on results, highlighting key drivers, deviations from budget, and prior periods to management.
 Identifying deficiencies in IT systems related to financial controls and recommending improvements to strengthen internal control frameworks.
 Conducting regular audits of data quality within financial systems to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective actions to ensure reporting accuracy.
