Job Responsibilities:
Extended system administration and support to include software/ hardware maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting.
Ensures the efficient flow of the company's information systems with regards to Domain Controller, DNS, and Hyper-V Virtualization to provide top-level support.
Installing and Configuring Hyper-V on new servers.
Deploying VMs and assigning data Storage
Deployment of updates and patches.
Configuring and monitoring VCenter.
Configuring new Storage and schedule backup of VMs
Configuration of Veeam Backup for schedule backup and restoration.
Configuration of router and switching Cisco.
Configuring and managing FortiGate Firewalls.
Configure and managing storage, NAS, and SAN and Storage technologies.
Installation of new projects in for enhancing IT environment of organization
Provides technical support to organization with more than 450+ Employees.
Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
Installing and configure all Windows Server Services (DC AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, )
Installed and configured computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitored and maintained computer systems and networks.
Responded in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Provided technical support (in person or over the phone).
Repaired and replaced equipment and hardware, as necessary.
Provide necessary access of Microsoft dynamics AX to Users.
