• Supervise the detail of Vehicles, fuel, Utilities bills.
Core Responsibilities :
•Preparation of Annual Budget, Preparation for the Internal and Annual Audit
• Responsible for day to day Cash &Bank transaction, Cash& Bank Reconciliation & Financial Report
• Maintain the ledgers of Accounts in Accounting software Peachtree.
• Correspondence with the bank for the Accounts Operations & Filling the documents.
• The regular & Timely flow of information for Accounts, manage the Director’s time calendar, internal & external meetings, local, national & international travel arrangements for the Director.
• To undertake any Task by the International Director of Ministry Development.
• Maintain an orderly filling system for accounts and other documents
• Assisting in filling the Tax Returns, manage incoming emails, Phone calls, Post
• Arrange the Board meetings & Coordinate with Executive Groups, Board members .
• Arrange the Staff meeting, workshop, Supplier conference, Rallies, seminars, Staff, Fundraising dinner & Families get together Progs. lunch & Dinner in office.
• Welcome and Hosts Guests upon arrival at the office.
• Helping the Staff in their issues and problems with the management.
• Internal Audit of projects .
• Dealing with the National and International guests.
Core Responsibilities :
• Line Manager to Support Staff.
• To manage the affairs of office day to day for the smooth running of the office & ministry work.
• Helping the Staff in their issues and problems with the management
• Monitor the staff affairs regarding time issues, attendance, leaves.
• Keeping & maintain the records of office Stationary, and monitor the use of vehicles milage.
• Supervise the repair & Maintenance work in office.
• Manage the office independently in the absence of Director.
