• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
· Responsible to source and screen applicants CV’s, and maintain recruitment tracker.
· Coordinate with the respective department head in organizing interviews and follow up on feedback.
· Prepare contracts/offers - English and Arabic, police & medical clearance.
· Manage the onboarding process - Facility Walkthrough until handover the new hire to respective department.
· Send out communication on employees due for completion of training program.
· Coordinate and follow up in obtaining feedback in prescribed performance review form.
· Retrieve & validate leave balance and leave details report
· Maintain employee’s allowance.
ASSIST MANAGER WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, PREPARING THE BUDGET AND SENDING TENANT NOTICES. MAINTAIN TENANT AND RENTAL APPLICATION FILES. HANDLE TENANT, VENDOR AND PROSPECTIVE TENANT REQUESTS. ENTER AND CLOSE WORK ORDERS. ORGANIZE AND FILES ALL APPLICABLE REPORTS.
