Since Jan 2015 with Mashreq Bank (UAE’s leading Bank) as Sales and Servic Officer - Personal Loan / Small Business Loan / Islamic Finance & non assigned products (Credit cards/ BCA & Insurance)
Key Deliverables:
• Prospecting and on boarding new-to-bank Small Business clients for Self Employed Personal loans, Business loans, Credit cards, Merchant Overdraft, POS loans, Insurance products (Life and Medical) and other business finance facilities (Multi Product)
• Conducting customer business due diligence to ensure adherence to banks policies and prudent lending practices.
• Responsible for end to end process of Credit Card application, Loan file, Current account & disbursal.
• Analyzing customers audited financials, bank statements, business invoices/contracts and other source documents to assess their business performance and credit worthiness.
• Preparing loan proposals in accordance with banks policies and pursuing the cases with credit to ensure timely disbursals by addressing their reservation/observations.
• Minimizing rejections in account opening and loan applications by adhering to policies and processes of the bank.
• Soliciting new business leads for Trade and Working Capital finance as well as payroll and Business accounts.
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for multiple products.
• Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
Key Deliverables:
• Conduct comprehensive review of client portfolios (approx. 300 clients), including meeting with clients to assess strategies based on objectives and risk profile, identify opportunities, and prepare customized product recommendation suggestions.
• Analyzing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements contributes to the business development to meet business targets.
• Good knowledge of various financial products/services offered by the bank pertaining to Working Capital, Term Finance Investment banking & Treasury products.
• Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the bank’s credit policy and operating systems
• By drawing up business calling programs, seeking new clients, proactively liaising with Business Segments and looking for suitable SME opportunities
• To evaluate/monitor credit risk on an on-going basis, for new and existing clients/customers, so as to minimize loan losses.
• By evaluating, recommending and structuring facilities, reviewing facilities and ensuring that the risk to reward ratios are acceptable.
• Cross selling of Banking products to family members of portfolio customers viz. SB Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Mutual Funds, Demat Account and Insurance products
• By assisting in the implementation of audit recommendations and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

• Portfolio Management and Cross selling of banking products viz. Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Gold, Term Deposits. Loans and Health Insurance.
