• Design and development of personal care products according to Moroccan and European regulations,
• Development of sensory analysis methods of personal care products,
• Research of innovative raw materials,
• Writing cosmetics products files,
• Realization of stability tests and physicochemical analysis of products,
• Definition of the control plan and the internal specification sheets for raw materials, bulk products and final products,
• Writing of the specifications of the production process, describing the installations necessary for the manufacture of each developped product,
• Supervision of the manufacturing of pilot batches, and training of the staff of the Industrial unit,
• Writing instructions for cleaning and disinfection of new production lines,
• Writing the manufacturing instructions for new products,
• Writing the Research & Development procedure and related instructions and records.
Laboratory manager missions :
• Design and development of cosmetics products according to the European regulation,
• Writing of final product files,
• Defintion and realization of stability tests protocol and physicochemical analysis of products,
• Supervision of the manufacturing of pilot batches,
• Definition of controls of raw materials, bulk products and finished products,
• Validation of control sheets and batch reports to release compliant products,
• Verification and monitoring of laboratory equipment,
• Ensures compliance with safety and hygiene rules.
Production Manager missions :
• Production planning according to sales forecasts,
• Supervision of manufacturing and packaging teams,
• Ensure compliance with GMP,
• Optimization of manufacturing yields,
• Validation of batch reports.
