• Equipment data sheets, designs, selection, technical and procurement specifications, purchase requisitions, bid evaluation, vendor data review of the equipment and value added innovation for the application of mechanical seals on Amine Circulation Pumps, Vacuum Compressors
• Equipment preservation, storage, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, site acceptance tests, performance tests witnessing and accepting, by following ADNOC and industrial standards
• Equipment’s covered: Process and utility centrifugal and positive displacement compressors and pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines, motors, air blowers, fin-fans, agitators, lube and seal oil packages, dry gas seal skids, shell and tube heat exchangers, aerial coolers, process and utility tanks, vessels, filters, equipment internals like trays, demisters and distributors. Rotating and stationary equipment installation, leveling, alignment, preservation, lubrication, final closure, oil flushing, equipment test-runs, documentation review and on site witnessing and accepting contractors work
• Ensuring plant safety, integrity and reliability through the application of specific Rotating Equipment Engineering Standards that are based on applicable international standards and statutory requirements. Assists in the development of Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Schedules in compliance with the Company's HSE policies and guidelines
• To establish preventive maintenance activities and ensure spare parts, special tools and equipment availability
• Ensuring effective Turn Around execution strategies for the installed Rotating, Static Equipment and associated auxiliary systems in coordination with other disciplines
• Planning and execution of major overhauls for all the equipment’s in the Gas Plants and provide best expertise advise and recommendations while assembly and dis-assembly. Steam turbine rotor replacement, compressor bundle replacement, gear box inspection, Gas Turbine CCI, HGPI
• Supporting the companies’ financial objectives by controlling expenditure of own area of responsibility
• Reviewing maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the proactive and mandatory maintenance activities are continuously improving the overall plant availability within an optimized budget and proper manpower planning
• Ensuring compliance with the Company's HSE policies and guidelines for Inspection activities.
• Ensuring that Rotating and Static Equipment documentation, calculations and data are kept up-to-date.
• Developing strategies and inspection scope for the relevant Rotating and Static Equipment and its associated auxiliary systems.
• Stripping of Wet Mechanical seals (single and double) and prepare the Inspection report
• Testing of Wet Mechanical seals as per API 682
• Review the spare parts for all the equipment’s in the Gas Plants and provide recommendations based on the annual consumption and provide the stock set up and re-order quantities to inventory management Team
• Preparation of Job scope for the removal, cleaning and replacement of process filters, Lube oil filters, air intake filters for blowers, Gas Turbines
• Preparation of Level IV shutdown plan, material planning and procurement for shutdown and execution
• Planning and execution of activated carbon replacement, molecular sieves replacement, coalescer filter replacement
• Maintenance and inspection of Siemens, Lufkin gear box, Moto vario
• On-line and offline monitoring the health of the rotating equipment’s using CSI 2130 and carrying spectrum analysis and providing the recommendation
• Inspection and Maintenance and testing of pressure safety valves, ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, needle valves, axial and tilting check valves as per API 598 for valves, and 527 for safety valves
• Operation, maintenance, inspection of Rotaflow, Mafi Trench magnetic bearing turbo expanders.
• Checking the axial, radial run-out checks of pump shafts, turbine shafts

Current Role- Mechanical Design Engineer-Application Engineering; looking after both design and engineering Applications
(As Design Engineer; Working in the Design Team, My Responsibility is to select the system (The Entire Pump Unit) as per customer requirements, Creating proposals and costing inquiry, Participate in technical discussions and customer meetings, Creating the Installation and general arrangement drawings for the customers, creating installation layout, modeling in inventor of pump assemblies as entire package with piping. Creating Installation Operation and Maintenance manual for the entire submersible pump unit which is being given to the customer as user manual.
Collaborate with engineering sales team to get customers specification on product.
Support sales team to submit offers within the team frame.
Complying the offer with the project specification.
Responsible for product promotion and business development.
Preparation of offers for mechanical engineering projects.
Ensure adherence to required regulations and standards.

Accordingly create the Installation drawing and design of accessories required during Installation required as per request.
Study the general outline drawing to make the detailed base plate model and drawing according to API 610.Modeling of entire pump package as per requirement.
Modeling in inventor of pump assemblies as create piping for the entire package.
Modeling of pump parts with proper feature. Machining operation and sequence implemented in the models.
Maintain 100% Quality Index and OTD and convert 2D drawings into 3D model as per Flowserve Drafting standards.
Involved in Analysis projects using Ansys.
Parametric modeling, making models of hydraulic parts like Impeller, Bowl and casings. Piping drawing and BOM for the entire system.
Construction of submersible pump according to different application, creating IOM’s and repair manuals for submersible motor pumps.
Base plate structural and shaft deflection, according to API 610, preparing bills of material for submersible motor pumps.
Expertise in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, MSOffice, MathCAD, and Oracle
• Visiting sites for commissioning, trouble shooting of pumps, seals, dry gas seals
• Concentricity, Squareness of stuffing box of between bearing pumps
• Mechanical seal replacement of muti-stage pumps
• Thrust float adjustments
• Replacement of seals, bearings in Cryogenic pumps
• Removal and Re-assembly of WAUKESHA bearings
• Troubleshooting cavitation issues
• Troubleshooting high vibration issues, low flow issues, abnormal sound in the rotating equipments
