∼ Preparation of M Book for measurement and billing and detailed reporting and analysis
of ongoing work and actual bill of materials
∼ In charge of estimating and preparing material inspection requests and all civil
construction materials
∼ Supervision of the manpower, materials and equipment utilization and quality control
∼ Ensuring completion of works complaint with safety measures
Building construction consultancy and project supervision for multiple civil engineering
projects in South India
∼ An HVAC project stint of over a year on one of Asia’s largest shopping mall projects -
The Lulu mall project
∼ Project supervisor on construction and renovation of stadium project in preparation for
National Games of India
