King Fahd Medical City Project consisting of the following buildings: Radiation Center, Proton therapy Center, Cancer center, Cardiac center, National Institute of Neuroscience, Laboratory & central services.

1.Revision of the plans, design & tender documents for Al-Maali Hospital project; preparing layouts & plans for renovations of the hospital, preparing electromechanical requirements, preparing medical equipment BOQ to achieve compliance with JCIA & local regulations.
2.Supervision of projects of renovations of the hospital; studying plans according to healthcare standards.
3.Preparing technical specifications for inquiries, studying offers, procurement of medical equipment with best deals from suppliers.
4.Dealing with MEP and medical gases.

Responsible in
1. Medical equipments planning for hospital projects.
2. Electromechanical requirements for medical equipments.
3. Consultations for architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers in healthcare projects.
4. Departments Design and furniture for healthcare projects according to international standards (AIA, JCAHO, NFPA, HTM, ASHRAE…)
5. Studying quotations, installation, training, commissioning and management of corrective and preventive maintenance for medical equipments.
6. Preparing of technical specifications and conditions for medical equipments .
7. Procurement of spare parts for medical equipments at appropriate speed and prices.
8. Service contracts management.
9. Preparing and implementing Biomedical department polices.
10. Maintain medical equipments inventory, spare parts inventory, service manuals inventory & testing tools inventory.
11. Team leader of Biomedical Engineering Department in the largest JCI accredited hospital (250 beds) of the group.
12. Facility management and safety (FMS) for JCIA.
13. Environment of care (EOC) committee member, Radiation safety committee member for quality department.

Responsible in
1.Service of medical equipments in Jordan ministry of health hospitals and healthcare centers according to manufacturer’s recommendations using modern test and measurement instruments.
2.Performing of preventive and inspection maintenance according to a specified schedule and within procedures approved by the international standard, ECRI.
3.Studying tenders.
4.Member of “acceptance of medical equipments and furniture committee” in Jordan ministry of health (MOH).
5.Following up guaranteed equipments and the level of services provided for them by suppliers.
6.Participation as lecturer in training programmes organized for engineers, medical cadres and students.
