Calculate all fares of domestic and international tickets and management
(IATA).
Making reservations and bookings on GALILEO.
Making reservation cards and booking cards.
Check flight schedule and flight status and passengers information.
Issue domestic and international tickets manually.
Issue domestic and international e-tickets.
Launch marketing campaigns.
Making hotels reservation all over the world.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
Setup GM travel arrangements.
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
Maintain GM calendar.
Prepare and maintain President's expense report.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
Coordinate project-based work.
Supervise support staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Follow up my manager orders.
Follow up with HR department.
