• Assisted the relationship managers, to supervise daily operations and spearheaded a portfolio of 90+ multinational corporates.
• Essayed a high trajectory growth path by starting with a portfolio with no credit exposure and successfully building a USD 200Mn+ of credit exposure.
• Rendered assistance to senior RMs on daily operations in addition to existing portfolio.
• Generated new customer leads through various channels, identified sales prospects, followed up on new leads and referrals to generate business and conducted business development activities.
• Ensured that all relationships comply with bank regulations and policies; detect money laundering activities and report to the concerned bank departments.
• Advised customers on available bank products and services based on understanding of their financial needs and recommended appropriate solutions.
