A Qualified ELECTRICAL ENGINEER having experience of 13+ years in various fields related to Oil & Gas Industry, Simple & Combined Cycle Power plants for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Saudi Aramco, Petrochemical plants for SABIC.
Responsible for Studying all the scope of work, tender documents and preparing Technical & Commercial Proposals, preparing the bid proposals, Quotations, RFQ for subcontractors.
Estimating all the project cost, preparing the project Design(If applicable), Preparing Project BOQ/MTO And involving in all the Project Execution works.
Reviewing of the Engineering Packages as per the project specifications and issuing IFC Drawings for the Contractor.

Implemented and adhered to a three-step procedure for Quality Inspection, as follows:
Understanding the scope of work and co ordinating with the site engineers and supervisors.
Coordinating with the procurement team for the project required material as per the standards and specifications and delivery of the material on time to site.
Coordinating with the Engineering team for the IFC drawings and Shop Drawings.
A preparatory inspection to verify that the planned materials, etc. and safety auxiliaries meet the submittal and contract requirements. Also, to verify that the required previous activity was completed and accepted, along with complete documentation.
An initial inspection along with the Construction team at the start of each new phase of construction to verify that methods, techniques and standard of workmanship are in strict compliance with the contract requirement and also to verify that adequate manpower, equipment and calibrated tools are available.
Follow-up inspection along with the Client / representative in conjunction with the construction team performed on a daily recurring basis as necessary, to verify & document the construction & other activities in accordance with contract requirements.

Above Grade Conduit (RGS, EMT) and Below Grade Conduit (PVC Coated RGS, PVC) Installation Inspection of Conduit routings, Conduit Duct Banks and Electrical Manholes according to the Standards and Approved Drawings.
Witness Installation/Pre-commissioning Inspection for Hazardous Location Conduit Sealing and Fire Retardant Seal for all conduit and Cable Tray entries through Wall Penetrations of Plant Buildings and Control Cabin entries.
Cable Tray Installation, Supports, Bonding, Expansion Splice Plates and Installation of the Cables on the Cable Trays according to the NEC and NEMA Standards
