• Monitor the manpower and work efficiency and productivity.
• Screening and short listing of applicants and conducting initial interviews before referring to the department managers.
• Prepare the weekly, Monthly Recruitment Reports
• Working on best talent acquisition sources and insuring professional and practical completion of recruitment activities
• Organizing with team effort face to face interviews with potential talents and pre hiring assessments.
• Working with Recruitment Agencies to get candidates from different sources
• Report to HR manager for progress, update and further instructions related to Recruitment.

Arrange interview schedule between contractors(s) and Yansab. Able to verify invoices and monitor budgetary concerns. Familiarized with all office equipment operation, such as fax machine, telephone, photocopy machines, and electronic typewriter.
