Assist in the Franchising Retail Business as it related to FBO/Kiosks, and executing mobily franchise strategy, to ensure that mobliy achieve it short and long term business plan.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Following up quantitative productivity and qualitative performance of Sales Executives.
- Preparing and submitting several status reports, highlighting trends and general areas of interest and concern.
- Giving instructions on ways to improve customer service, productivity and quality.
- Developing and updating working procedures affecting Sales and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
- Ensuring procedures are in line with Sales quality standards and work instructions.
- Organizing necessary training for Sales Executives.
- Being on call to ensure 24 hours/7 day availability, performing frequent spot checks
- Responsible for implementing mobily image in the outlet by all means.
- Participating in special projects with an impact on Sales e.g. marketing impact analyses.
- Form a business vision for the major Key accounts and develop strategies to put supervisor sales fundamentals to achieve the goals.
- Develop each key account as a profit center and maximize the return by minimizing the in vestment.
- Working very closely with the key customers and monitor the development of each agency.
- Develop creative ways to achieve the growth plan per account and oversee the implementation part of it.
- Negotiation of Business Development Agreements with Key customers and enhance the visibility of the company products.
- Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly forecast agency wise with Key accounts and review the achievement on a monthly basis.
- Conduct Quarterly business review presentations with the Key customers and agree / implement the remedial plan to correct the business if required.
- Develop & Implement the Marketing Strategy to penetrate in the competitive Market.
- Analysis the Market Trend, determine Customer Requirements.
- Develop Oprational Budget; Control cost factors and work for enhancing the Operation profitability.
- Implementing and develop the (4) factors of marketing.
- Conduct customer evaluation and feed back analysis in order to resolve.
- Customer complaints and maintain proper records of the customers related.
- Activities as per the quality policy requirement.
- Visit corporate customers like Aramco, Sececo, Sabic, Royal Commission regarding enhancing the Best business portfolio.
- Development of workflow, procedure for better operational efficiency and effectiveness in the operational areas.
- Handling all the business operation like Daily Renting, Lease Operation, Government Related Issues, and Collection, Vehicle Maintenance etc.
- Timely visit Regions / Locations and check the Operation Activities.
- Coordinate with insurance Company for Claim Notification, Settlement.
- Mange And Control Region Budget; Control cost factors and work for enhancing the Operation profitability.
