• Managing the definition, design, development and implementation of complex System of subsystems C4I which requires a set of matrixed resources, and subject matter experts (SMEs) from multiple disciplines

• Prepare, review, analyze, cross reference, update, and manage the deliveries and implementation of various detailed Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) e.g. project management plans (including charters, schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), resource plans, issue management, project status reports, risk management and budgets), Configuration Management Plan, System Engineering Management Plan, Software Development Plan, Software Version Description Documents, Hardware Product Specification, Test Plan and Procedures and Quality Assurance Plan
• Establishes appropriate governance and stakeholder involvement approaches for the project to ensure consistent and effective communication as well as issue resolution
