Main duties are as following
• Coordinate the day to day activities of the warehouse
• Ensure that materials are received in a timely manner inspected for damage and accuracy and allocated to the designated storage location
• Ensure special precautions are taken for storage of volatile/inflammatory or sensitive materials to ensure safety
• Control and monitor the issue of materials and spare parts according to the FIFO principle and as per company procedures
• Support inventory counting as required
Operations optimization:
• Plan and organize storage space to ensure optimal utilization of warehouse
• Consolidate and prioritize material orders to ensure specific shipping instructions are considered, material pickup schedule is communicated and shipping dates are respected
Records management:
• Timely and accurately record material movement in SAP
• Prepare document such as receiving reports and payment approvals
• Damage reports, technical inspection requests, etc

9.Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

Responsibility : -
Maintain close business relations and rapport with local regulatory offices/agencies and selected key clients and major customers for WSS Dammam HO Customs Clearance agency services for clarity and understanding of actions/results required for booked order/order requirement but not limited to:

- function as a link between selected key accounts and major customers and Finance & Accounts pre funding, accounts receivables, disputes arising from SOA and accounts reconciliation
Develop business relation and cooperation with selected key accounts and major customers of Maritime Logistics and Liner Agency business streams but not lim-ited to:
- function as a link between key account clients/customers of Maritime Logis-tics for operational progress/updates on shipment/cargo consigned to Mari-time Logistics

Job Title : Operations Supervisor (NVOCC Operations/Logistics Dept.)
Responsibility : -
- Handling and monitoring console boxes /FCL/LCL shipments.
- Coordinate with Bonded Warehouse staffs on a daily basis for smooth operation.
- Arrangement of de-stuffing the CNTR in the warehouse and preparing the tally sheet, short landed report in case of missing cargo and sending the same to relevant agent for further ac-tion.
- Visiting B/W once in a month. Preparing detailed EIR records send it across to B/Warehouse staffs for checking to ensure timely dispatching of empty containers to Saudi Dev. and collec-tion of EIR in time.
- Arranging the empty return to the respective line terminal to avoid detention.
- Responsible for all local road transport requirements, including pricing with contractors and arrangement of required transport with feedback to customers.
- Attend all the queries for clearance, transportation etc received from Marine Ops local customers as well as overseas agents.
- Preparation of cost sheets for the console containers as well as FCL and freehand LCL. distribution of the port, stripping BL and docs charges according to the volume of the cargo and raising the invoices to customers accordingly.
Job Title : Logistics Coordinator (NVOCC Operations/Logistics Dept.)
Responsibility : -
- Submission of manifest (console) - arrange collection of D/O from the agents.
- Follow up for the arrival from the respective lines for in hand Pre-Alerts.
- Arranging the relevant documents/deposit for the console boxes to move to free zone area.
- Intimating the cnee after the de-stuffing of CNTR.
- Responsible for all project / ro-ro related local operational requirements, including pricing with contractors and arrangement of required transport with feedback to customers. A list of all service providers to be drafted and maintained, including transporters, customs clearance brokers, heavy lift operators, crane 0perators, break bulk agents, etc with full contact details.
- Responsible for all local road transport requirements, including pricing with contractors and arrangement of required transport with feedback to customers.
- Responsible for Logistics driver activity and delivery vehicle efficiency.
- Responsible for co-ordination of airfreight & lcl shipment delivery.
- Responsible for Lashing Material & Ships-spares (Re-Export ).
