New Lab design for Analytical equipments, purchasing of analytical equipment parts (IC, GC, AAS, HPLC) and their
installation.
• Daily planning and analysis of process water, raw chemicals, and finished product (emulsion, textile chemicals, dyes)
• Supervise and perform Classical and analytical instrumental analysis such as IC, UV- spectrophotometer, AAS GC, HPLC,
FTIR
• Internal and external complains handling, implementation of CAPA for NC’s and deviation.
• Export batches analytical queries and environmental qualifications
• Instrument calibrations and method validation
• Implementation of ISO audit requirements
• Participates in investigating reoccurring problems, identifying critical jobs, carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, routine equipment improvements and preventative
maintenance.
Daily planning of raw chemicals and finished products (tablets, capsule, syrups, ointments)
Method Validation and documentation.
Instrument calibrations.
R n D product and commercial product stability
• Finish product analysis at HPLC, GC, UV, AAS (tablets, capsule, syrups)
• Retention sample keeping, product stability analysis.
• Process water analysis
Instrumental analysis includes AAS, GC, UV spectrophotometer, flame photometer
Water Analysis includes Boiler feed water, boiler Blow downs, demineralized water, cooling water, wastewater, drinking water, RO permeates
Gas Analysis includes Natural gas, Flue gases, Stack gas analysis, Process gas & Synthesis gas
Product Analysis of Urea, Di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), Ammonia
Oil Analysis Kinematic Viscosity, Viscosity Index, Flash Point, Moisture, Acid Number, Specific gravity
