The bank is the world's largest Islamic bank and offers a wide variety of consumer and retail banking facilities for the public and HNW clients.

Achievements:
• Successfully operated over 60 branches around the country within a 3 years time frame as a single integrated project over multiple sites.
• Developed and rolled out 20 branches and remittance centers every year as planned with utmost attention paid to constraints of time, money and resources.
• Designed the new remittance center and devised the new design and layout for the proposed building that resulted in a great finished work.

Responsibilities:
• Managing all infrastructural and resource planning and direction aspects of the project, overseeing construction work and installations.
• Overseeing the multi-branch development project in collaboration with the consultant and the project management team, corresponding with teams on their deliverables and reports.
• Spearheading and assuming responsibility for all elements of the branches and remittances development project from A to Z encompassing planning, costing, timing, deliverables, operations and handover.
• Mapping project scope, objectives and streamlining efforts toward attaining optimum project configuration in line with critical success factors.
• Ascertaining resource allocation estimates, monitoring project progress and informing the same to team, clients and service managers to enable proactive service.
• Maintaining highest standards of quality on deliverables and ensuring that escalation procedures are followed avoiding surprises.
• Designing all new locations using AutoCAD and making purchase orders in Oracle, inviting bids for work and choosing contractors and suppliers as per quality, time and cost parameters.
• Calculating quantities for approved prices and BOQ’s, conducting monthly site visits for each branch and taking stock of progress made.
• Participating in regular progress tracking and review meetings with the Managing Director, appraising the management on milestones achieved on the project as per envisaged objectives and highlighted major bottlenecks.
• Enhancing project’s output image and ensuring promotion of services provided across client sites through exemplary service and careful nurturing of client relationships thereby guaranteeing maximum client satisfaction.

The entity is the chief civic body entrusted with the management and upkeep of the city's 15 municipal districts.

Achievements:
• Established a documentation building system to convert paper maps to manuals which could then be coded and used for easy referencing.
• Issued all fresh architectural offices license with the new branding along with team mates

Responsibilities:
• In charge of conducting transactions for a wide variety of buildings under the purview of the Riyadh Municipality, studied transactions, its documentary compliance and sufficiency and issued building licenses as per approvals needed.
• Identified various building systems, specific codes and norms to be followed whilst undertaking construction, analyzed building violations and applied the same at the time of plan design.
• Reviewed and adopted all rules and regulations for architecture plans as proposed by the committee and issued licenses for architectural offices.
• Ensured that each specialist, consultant and contractor prepared and submitted a full list of the drawings and specifications with a program indicating information release dates and plans for resource allocation prior to license issue.
• Confirmed that each project is executed as per drawings, specifications and the approvals granted through periodic site inspections and investigated violations if any.

• Managed Riyadh Branch and coordinated all affairs with the Head Office in Dammam, augmented project and completed all statutory procedures at the municipality required to get licenses.

• Monitored project productivity and supervised the activities of the drawing team to ensure work performed is in line with the design concept.
• Modified drawings and incorporated clients comments as per evolving requirements in addition to following international and local standards in all design aspects.
• Followed up on design aspects with subcontractors and ensured that there were no deviations from the original design, ensured smooth flow of information between the design office and the subcontractors.
