Under the maintenance management ( Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, Warehouse, Purchasing, Doorkeepers Supervisor, Doorkeepers, Call Centers)

Duties and responsibilities :
Making the Action plan for the department in the beginning of the year which will clear the goals and commitments .
Making the complete renovation plan (labor cost, material cost, working hours … etc)
Managing the renovation projects which is running now by preparing the time plan (Gantt Chart), budget, labors cost and updating these information monthly.
Cleared and systematic results are submitted in the monthly Maintenance report like (MTTF, Maint. Efficiency, labors Efficiency, Cost/W.O, P.M Wo Efficiency …. And many more).
Safety Condition for the Maintenance department is showed in the report (Quarterly submitted).
Maintenance Employee Cost and distribution on the real estate (Work Locations) (Quarterly submitted).
Maintenance Income (this income is Contracts for each property) comparing with the cost (like Employee, services Contract for each property).
Finally the operating Budget is 20M
