• Maintains individual project budget and agrees final Site As-Built Costs, and follows up Site costs during implementation
• Administers WO and Invoice approval via NFTS (NE design tool)
• Identifies and monitors project progress blocking issues, devising and implementing corrective actions.
• Identifies Project Risk factors and remedial actions
• Manages technical Closeout of Projects.
• Issues Project Reports for SOW issuance against approval and MOP approval, financial progress status, and vendor implementation status.
• Coordinates with concerned departments to solve the Blocking issues.
• Conduct Meetings with contractors to follow the projects progress.
• Resolves the problems related to the completion of low-level design.
• Review shop DWG.
• Review Technical Submittal & Material selection.
• Attend construction activity inspection.
• Stake holder meetings (SEC, STC, MOT, Civil Defense etc) .
• Site operation for concessionaires.
• Review MS's and ITP' and ensure are followed
• Review Pre-Qualification submittals
• Manage team Discipline.
• Carry out design to laws, codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with any other design consultants/disciplines.
• Carry out arithmetical checks and independent design checks of other Engineer’s design and design reviews.
• Report to the Senior Engineer/Electrical.
• Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of the team. Complete engineering work within the agreed program, or notify the Senior Engineer/Electrical if not.
• To understand and implement QA procedures and advise Engineers/Technicians.
• To coordinate on a day-to-day basis for which the design of projects they have been appointed with other members of the design team.
• Compile Tender Document.
• Manage project authorities submittals and NOC process.
• Attend external project co-ordination meeting when required.
• Evaluate Contractor submittals and write reports.
• Analyze problems, develop solutions.
• Prepare Specifications, Minutes and Reports.
