• Requesting & Following-up the Company workshop for Pre-delivery Inspection ( PDI)
And fixing problems for CAT / MF / SONALIKA / Atlas Copco & Dynapac machines and CAT & OLYMPIAN generators.
• Preparing spare parts requests and releasing orders for customers.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management
systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Dramatic general improvement of the company in terms of answering customers'
demands.
• Good experience at Sales & Marketing and Business relationships.
• Market intelligence in charge.
• Customers' complains and requirements recorder and follow up in charge.
• CAT, DYNAPAC, SONALIKA, ATLAS COPCO & MF machines Head & Branch Sales
Representative.
• CAT & OLYMPIAN generators Branch Sales Representative.
• Branch - Electronic Sales & Marketing in charge.

• Ability to communicate constructively with different classes of people in a restful and supportive manner.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work very well under pressure.
• Translating from Arabic to English and Vice-versa in an excellent way.
