My responsibilities include audit of Trade department of Bank Alfalah Limited mainly. My additional responsibilities include coordinating and involving in audits of Credit & Operation Department of Bank Alfalah Branches. I am also being the part of teams conducting audit of Management Departments like Credit Administration Center (CAC), Centralized Processing Unit (CPU Clearing), Area Offices, Regional Office & Cash Management Cell (CMC). I am working in the capacity of Team Leader for different Branches.
Working as Trade Finance Officer at one of the largest bank of Pakistan. My responsibilities includes trade related activities and also involved in banking operation and finance department.
Trade related services to clients. Reporting to higher offices and the regulator " State Bank of Pakistan". My position required following to be done by bank
Processing of Export/Import Transaction under compliance with UCP-600, URC & URR.
Analysis of Financial Statement and risk analysis of parties.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reporting to higher offices and SBP.
Handling of Refinancing Facilities provided by SBP.
Handling of SWIFT operations
L/C negotiating and Scrutinizing Exports Documents and treat ment of advance payments made by importers.
Handling pre/post processing of documents under Letter of Credit, open A/C,
DA/DP collection, LC issuance, etc
Financing against Exports i.e. Negotiating, Discounting PSL, FAFB,
FBP, IBP, FE 25, FBD, FDBC, FAPC
Handling of Inward and Outward Foreign Remittance.
Opening Negotiation Refinancing Retirement of L/C.
Maintance of pledge stock under import L/C.
Maintance of Foreign Currency Loans and Accounts
I had attended 01 week course on " Fundamentals of Islamic Banking" arranged by National Institute of Banking & Finance Pakistan at State Bank of Pakistan Multan in December 2011.
I had attended 02 months training about " Commercial Banking" at State Bank of Pakistan Lahore starting from February 2007.
