- Responsible for supplying the raw materials for the snacks manufacturers with different FMCG solutions like : Palm Oil, Snacks Pellets, Flavors, Corn Grits and food Packaging solutions.
- Looking after commercial/Enterprise business in Middle East and North African Region.
- Develop and manage effective long-term relationships with key customers.
- Open new markets in and out the region.
- Ensure effective partner and client satisfaction.
- Over achieving the assigned plan with remarkable profit.
- Join and attend exhibitions like Gulf Food Dubai, Joined as an exhibitor.
-Surveying opportunities
-Approaching procedures for new customers
-Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
-Negotiating deals and its conclusion
-Prepare a weekly and monthly report related to sales excellence system.
-Prepare a quarterly presentation for management and head quarter in Indonesia.
-After sales service, receive claims and complains and find a quick solution.
-Continuous follow-up.
- Join and attend exhibitions like Paper Arabia- Dubai, Joined as an exhibitor.
-Execute strategic marketing plans and getting new projects in very short time.
-Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Tenders and Product team, Inventory checking and preparing orders for the goods.
-Follow up all the sent quotation to check with the client if he is satisfied with our price and push to receive the PO.
-Following up with clients for receiving and securing our payment.
-Monitoring market demand, new suppliers and developing company products to penetrate the market with new products.
-Searching for new projects and receiving new inquiries
-Preparing day to day sales report, and attending sales team meeting.
