Working in a fast-paced environment, preparing project HSE plan and interpreting standards and regulations, and apply them in developing training and incorporation into operations.
Participating in the site safety committee meeting.
Develops and Implements standard HSE policies, procedures, programs.
Reviews operating procedures and ensures compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Performs Monthly and Quarterly HSE audits and Inspection at various project locations and ensures follow-up action until close-out.
Develops, implements, monitors and maintains site specific Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Management and Business Continuity programs, policies, forms, training materials and all applicable supporting materials.
Conducts site-wide Risk Assessments to evaluate Health, Safety and Environmental hazards based on Severity, Likelihood, Exposure and Frequency and developed plans for mitigation.
Leads investigations for events and injuries using the 5W's & H? Root Cause Analysis Report process to identify direct cause, contributing causes and root cause for accurate corrective action solutions.
Coordinates site-wide Management of Change process to sustain and enhance the level of HSE within SGB by identifying and controlling possible HSE related hazards and risks associated with changes to facilities, operations, job tasks and equipment prior to implementation.

Monitoring related activities at project & conducting daily/weekly inspection, periodic HSE audit & ensuring work being carryout in line approved JSA, RA, MS & PTW.
Identifying & Implementing risk reduction measures in all area & Phase of construction, testing and commissioning.
Take action by highlighting & reporting to immediate supervision in case of any lapse or deficiency.
Performance monitoring HSE objectives & imitative, HSE related procedures, guidelines, standards & policies to ensure project activities are conducted in a safe, secure & healthy manner in compliance HSE requirements.
Participate in review of HSE documentation (HSE Plan, HSE procedures & other related documents) checking & reviewing MS, JSA, RA, safety certification and other HSE related documents submitted by contractor & sub-contractors.
Participate in review of sub-con safety officers CV’s & competence assessments test/ Personal interview prior to mobilization of HSE personnel at project.
Inspect & check workers welfare facilities are available, adequate & meet HSE requirements.
Ensure display of proper information/ warning, signs, PPE & devices on project.
Stop any activities when there is IDLH situation, records & report HSE violations & follow up implementations.
Issue NCR’s, violations letter in case non-compliance of HSE requirements and notify HSE manager/ PMT of any existing or potential serious situations.
Prepare weekly/ monthly HSE statistics, records etc. for HSE manager & PMT, obtain review follow-up & filing records of inventory on project. Maintain HSE finding records, follow up track & analyze of accidents/ incidents, audits & inspection.
Provide HSE expert support to rest of PT members & provide HSE advice, awareness & education to site personnel as required.

Ensuring that all safety procedures, rules & regulations are adhered at site.
Conduct Fire, Emergency, evacuation mock drills & correctly reported.
Control & monitor the effective implementation of PTW system, lifesaving & firefighting equipment are properly maintained and ready to use.
Monitor & maintained control measures in the use of hazardous materials.
Safe and unsafe condition work check, check housekeeping, check company worker P.P.E’s,
Carry out regular site inspection to check policies and procedures are being adequately implemented.
Deliver safety induction, Training, TBT, including critical job of the day activities,
Conduct safety meeting & discussing the safety issues with project members,
Maintain logbook or near miss, incident reports, prepare safety daily, weekly, monthly & conduct daily site safety inspection reports.
