Heading the Procurement team of (Assets and Poultry) according to the company short and long goals, by improving the sustainability and harmonize the workflow within all involved departments aligned with company policy and best practice in Supply Chain and Procurement, confidently deal with annual budget +EUR 20 Million for over 32 branches.
Report and Analysis:
- Suppliers Annual Business Analysis
- Performance & Complaints (real-time data)
- Daily Poultry Supply (Monthly Control Report)

- Order Fill Rate Report

Reporting To: Group General Manager
Number of Associates: NIL
- Knowledge about all requirements in the factory (Machines, Spices, Meat and Packing ..etc).
- Categorize the suppliers in a good database.
- Evaluate the suppliers for Audit purpose.
- Source for more qualified suppliers (Local and International).
- Negotiate the price regularly and get longer payment terms.
- Confirm the order and check the documents required by customs.
- Follow up the every shipment until we receive it at our factory.
- Close each order file and verify the invoice with our Finance.
- Ensure all suppliers are getting the payment on time also having a clear statement of account.
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers (Local and International) so they support us back.
- Register the new items into SFDA online system.
- Apply the pre-notification to our broker for each imported shipment.
- Process the online customs duty payments and keep the fund balanced with our Finance.
- Follow up with our broker on daily basis for customs clearance to avoid any delay or penalties.
- Clear all issues, outstanding and undertaking related to our company at the customs system.
- Check the broker's invoice and send it our Finance for payment on time.

Reporting To: National Sales Manager
- Providing high level service to the governmental clients and take care of all service issues.
- Improving the existing client's revenue (Income)
- Gaining more business and projects from the existing client
- Implementing the relationship with the clients including their departments
- Expanding the business opportunity by opening new accounts
- Assisting our collection in case of any outstanding payment by our clients
- Full responsibility in taking care of all related issues to my clients including pick ups, delivery, delay and supply (Packing Material).
