• First of all I erect and commission this plant with the help of Descon engineering and after commission we done all test like as soap test hydraulic test and all other test and then we will besom the part of this plant maintenance team.
• Execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to process plant and equipment in assigned field, covering pumps, compressors, equipment’s and valves etc.
• Ensure the breakdown jobs are completed as early as possible in order to resume the plant production.
• Recover the heat exchanger.
• Maintain the boiler and boiler accessories.
• Maintain the hydrogen plant
• Maintain the all plants filling station.
• Ensure the (ID AND FD FANS)
• Ensure the cooling tower.
• Check the all plant fabrication.
• Check the all plant welding
• Make sure the all plant maintenance plan
• Done a shut downs every years.
• Contact the high management with technicians, millwrights, welders and fabricator.
• Done a course from (SKF) during job consist on 12 classes.
• Knows about all type of bearings and grace where that’s use.
• Ensure that the power generation system in the shape of generator 12 cylinder that’s use for standby in the plant.
• Preventive maintenance of generator in the plant.
• Install the all type of valve in the plant and install after hydraulic test.
