1. Supervise the discharge of over 500 tonnes of chemical raw materials into
multiple storage tanks used to produce cement grinding aid.
2. Ensure correct routing of materials to designated tanks and verify line-ups
before transfer operations.
3. Oversee the safe handling of all process chemicals in strict compliance with site
safety procedures and environmental requirements, ensuring zero spills during
operations.
4. Liaise directly with suppliers and logistics personnel during delivery and off
loading operations to ensure materials meet operational and quality requirements.
5. Carry out thorough inspection of all incoming IBC containers prior to filling,
confirming integrity, cleanliness and suitability for use.
6. Operate confidently in high-pressure production environments, supporting
continuous operations and minimizing downtime during material transfer activities.
7. Work with different types of pumps used for chemical transfer and dosing, with
a strong understanding of process flow, piping layout and line configurations.
8. Monitor pumps, hoses and pipelines during operation and detect early signs of
overheating, abnormal vibration and over-pressure conditions, taking prompt action
to prevent failures and safety incidents.

1. I was responsible for gathering all technical information on project mechanical
equipment; documenting equipment specifications and performance details for
maintenance and record keeping purposes.
2. I Participated in the replacement of rotary packer 1 & 2 bucket elevator system at the
packing plant: assisting with dismantling, installation, and alignment.
3. I oversaw coordinating with the shipping and logistics team to track incoming
project equipment, compiled relevant shipment details, and kept the project team
informed throughout the process.
4. Contributed to the construction of the Truck Park brake tester shed at GHACEM and
was on the maintenance team that restored the machine after it was exposed to
rain, ensuring it was fully operational again.
5. I occasionally joined the maintenance team to perform repairs and routine servicing
on plant equipment, mostly valves and pumps.
6. I played an active role in the rehabilitation of a rotary packer, taking the responsibility for
replacing the old electrical panels with new ones and passing cables.
7. Installed and commissioned grinding aid dosing pumps for mills 3 & 4.
8. Participated in the cold commissioning of the WAMIX Liquid Storage Tank Farm
project, working closely with OEM representatives from Onbiron Endüstriyal to carry out system checks, and ensuring all equipment operated as expected.
