My responsibilities includes:
Acting as Mechanical Advisor at Mechanical Maintenance Department
Overseeing Overhauling of Pumps, Motors, Condensers, Heat exchangers
Alignment of Pumps & Motors, Checking of Shaft run out
Overseeing of Valves Lapping,
Ensure the safety needs by giving a top priority during work
Review and screen each work order to use that it has been properly executed.
Prepared daily, weekly, monthly, progress Report, maintenance report
Resolving any unexpected technical or mechanical difficulties and other problems that may
arise.
My responsibilities includes:
Lead the Production Team for every day progressive fabrication in workshop.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Acting as the main technical adviser at site for the execution of Mechanical works,
for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives Maintain document control of
assigned lines.
Conduct meetings with other departments to inform, monitor and control project
progress.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Maintenance of boiler
Analysis of Boiler operation
Ensure the safety needs by giving a top priority during work
