My Role in Openware included:
Account Management Tasks:
• Managing and maintaining accounts & developing new business
• Search for new opportunity and create initiatives vertically and horizontally in accounts
• CRM follow up and reporting as Salesforce.com
• Building Proposals / Quotations
• Presentations for end users and key person
• Manage to be the contact person for all the Private Sector
• Handling the Education, Environment and Health sector along with specific accounts as: o Dasman Diabetes, Kuwait University, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Public
Authority for Industry, Ministry of Education, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Council of Ministries, Ministry of Health, Environment Public Authority.
Business Partner Manager Tasks:
• Nominate and acquire new potential partners for Esri
• Key contact for all the partners
• Managing the Business Relationship between the partners and Esri
Marketing Tasks:
• Organize and attend events and exhibitions
• Write and distribute press releases.
• Prepare photo shoots.
• Manage the production of marketing materials, including posters and flyers
• Monitor competitor activity
• Analyze pricing positions
• Contribute to long-term marketing plans and strategies
• Create events’ objectives, budget, critical path, staff briefing, schedules and organize event rehearsals
• Understand the corporate marketing direction
• Work on the corporate events calendar
• Research markets to identify exhibition opportunities
• Track and maintain event budgets
• Source event venues, audio visuals, catering, conduct site inspections, negotiate supplier contracts
• Secure speakers and participants
• Create event invitation, promote event and manage registrations
• Selling event sponsorship / exhibitions
• Preparing delegate packs and speakers packages
• event announcements and promotion
• Work with graphics staff to creation of event banners and signage
• Provide on-site event management
• Source and order corporate promotional material and giveaways, and maintain inventories.
• Prepare detail post-event evaluations and provide recommendations on future event
