Coordinated UAE DHS 25 million per month payrolls for around 6000 employees. Reporting to Payroll Manager
Designation: Accountant -Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling Payroll functions
• Manage whole payroll staff
• Disbursing salary through WPS& NON WPS system
• Updates employees wages, benefits and deduction in the system
• Preparation and posting of employees vacation and benefits encashment
• Preparation and settlement of Severance pay
• Act as systems administration for combined Human Resources and payroll System
• Monitor all payroll tax liabilities, entering journal entries, accounts payable, wire transfers for direct deposits
• Labour reconciliation for every month requested by Ministry of Labour-Dubai& Abu Dhabi
• Salary reconciliation (difference of Paid &Accrued salary)
• Monthly payroll closing entries
• Team leader for the introduction of ERP payroll system
• Preparation of special reports for management
• Handling day to day transaction
• Follow-up trade receivable
• Depositing Cash into Bank and send whole documents to Accounts
• Making monthly & Yearly reports and submitted to the superiors
• Handling Petty Cash (AED & USD)
• Reconcile of trade payables ledger and making payment Bank reconciliation
• Preparing Invoices & Receipts
• Taking inventory of Stocks and check the stock items

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling all the recruitment functions of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Recruiting Staff - this includes CV sourcing, CV reviewing, shortlisting, pre interview assessment, arranging interviews with line manager, selecting candidates, preparing offer letter and mobilizing the new hires.
• Coordinating with PRO for new employee visa processing.
• Travel arrangements.
• Coordinating with various recruitment agencies for local and overseas recruitment.
• Preparing employee files and issue employee numbers.
• Conducting induction programme for new employees.
• Prepare group Manpower reports for the management on weekly basis.
• Prepare attrition report for the management on weekly basis.
• Update recruitment report on a weekly basis.

• Final Project at Eda-Cochin Co-operative Service Bank, Cochin for the period of 3 months on ' Financial Analysis' .The main objective of the study was to find out the financial position of the Company.
