Key Points:
1) Played a key role in E2E Oracle implementation Project in Oracle SCM (INV, PO) & carried out end to end integration between Oracle SCM, General Ledger, & Payables for RCC & SAWCEM Business Units.
2) Played a key role in Oracle eAM module implementation for RCC & SAWCEM.
3) Carried out initial Master Inventory data import, performed setup for Move Orders & various transaction types, profile values.
4) Setup Organizations & Set Of Books.
5) To Provide Technical & as well as Functional Support for their day-to-day Processes involving Inventory, Purchasing, eAM, OM & financial Modules.
6) To facilitate complete process for material transactions (inbound or outbound) , P2P(Procure to Pay) Cycle, to name a few such as PR's, receipts, inspection, delivery, returns, defining Supplier & their respective sites, implementing Approval hierarchy for Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, invoice matching & its validation, payments & other AP transactions etc.
To Configure & Validate complete Setup for INV/PO/OM Modules & their respective integration with finance.
To facilitate the complete process for O2C cycle.
To define Daily Rates for each accounting period, month.
Defining Item Locations, Organizations, Unit of Measure & their respective conversion etc.
To implement Form Personalization if any.
Defining Suppliers & their Sites respectively.
To provide the extensive training to the end user.
To upload the stock adjustments (if any) into the system before each accounting period.
To facilitate the end user to smoothly carry out the Complete Process utilized within the company for Procurement.
To Control the Inventory & Purchasing Accounting periods.
To Setup PO Approval hierarchy for different department/sections as per user’s requirements.
To prepare documentation for different Oracle processes followed by an end user’s.
To coordinate between the report developer and end user in order to implement the latter’s requirement.
To follow up with the end user pertaining to data entries.
To Open SR’s (Service Request) with Oracle Metalink for Troubleshooting.
Role:
To Provide day-to-day Technical & as well as Functional Support for their ESI (Enterprise System Integration) Implementations for Manufacturing Modules like (INV, BOM, ENG, Routings etc) .
Responsibilities:
1) To Develop PL/SQL API for customized Testing.
2) To Interface BOM (Bill of Materials), ECO (Engineering
Change Order), Routings on Oracle ERP using the Oracle
Standard API’s.
3) Data integration & interfacing between middleware & oracle
apps.
4) To Import items using the Open Item Interface.
5) Doing Setup for New as well as Cloned Instance.
6) To Open SR’s (Service Request) with Oracle Metalink for
Troubleshooting.
7) To Provide the Extensive Training to the end user.
8) Technical Documentation.
