•Experience in water quality analysis (StandardMethods, EPA and ASTM water analysis techniques).
•Experience in RO/RO pre-treatment system design and understanding of membrane fouling processes, andcleaning/maintenance chemical programs.
•Supervising of all sample points.
•Preparing of necessary reports.
•Served as a Teaching Assistant to a semester-long courses titled “Energy Resources and Conservation” and“Mechanical Operations”.
•Laboratory Assistant ofHeat Transfer Laboratory and Fluid Particle Operations Laboratory.
•Instructed undergraduate students throughout each week by designing lectures, leading discussions, demonstrating procedures, fielding questions, and grading student lab reports and presentations.
•Managed lab operations including equipment inventory, maintenance, and network administration.
• Responsible for Monitoring and controlling the field parameters of different units and take suitable actions in case of an emergency.
• Coordinating activities with other team leaders and pulp mill support to ensure the manufacture of desired pulp in both quality and quantity necessary to meet requirements of all paper machines for all shifts.
• Working with project development team for suitable modifications in plant and preserve a database of new projects lined up in the plant.
• Basic engineering calculations for the process modifications and new projects.
• Practical exposure and working knowledge on various units including Digesters, Recovery boilers, Rotary vacuum drum washers, Coal fired boilers, ETP, Incinerator, various type of storage tanks.
