Looking after overseas clients via mail and voice call. My work field includes daily follow up of their orders and dispatches it on the given time of the clients. Checking emails and provides the clarification then and there. Making and handling the calls unswervingly to endow with best solution as per their needs. Send account statement every month and make a soft call for payment as well. Provide assistance to the Sales Team. Supervise Customer Service Team.
