with standards such as SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, ASTM,
ACI, BS, IBC, PIP, EN, MOT SBC, etc. concerning
quality issues.
• Keeping a daily log and Master log o f all the
Inspection Requests submitted b y the Construction
team.

• To review and implement the project quality plan,
quality inspection test plan, method statements,
GEO technical reports, specifications, and
procedures.
• Inspect all materials to ensure they arrive on site as
per the delivery note, approved material
submissions, and prepare the RFI for the consultant
inspection.
• Initial RFI after verification of activities to be
offered for inspection.
• Issuing INCR and logbook entries to the
construction team for improper work.
• Coordination with client inspectors to get
feedback on open logbook entries and
preparation of corrective actions to close those
violations.
• ensuring that prior to starting the concrete mix, the
design and source are approved as per project
specs.
• Monitoring excavation backfilling for trenches,
foundations, buildings, underground utilities,
manholes, and septic tanks.
• To coordinate with a third party and client for soil
(sand, marble, engineering fill, sub-base, base
course, etc.) and water sampling prior to back-
filling and mixing to make sure it meets project
specifications and SA standards and applicable
international codes.
• Monitoring concrete repair work as per approved
ITP, drawings, and project specifications.
