Managing and coordinating all the maintenance works in site, including MEP and civil works.
Ensure daily routines and schedule works to technical teams are assigned.
Ensuring that all defined services are completed in all accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements within health & safety guidelines.
Prepares all permits and other documents needed prior to project implementation.
Prepare and implement the PPM schedule.
Constantly analysis all technical failures of the systems and propose mitigation’s to eliminate risks to enhance performance of the system.
Updates on a daily basis the service request and follow up to ensure timely completion of job
Coordinates with marketing department for any events or new set ups assistance required.
Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure the availability of materials on time.
Prepares daily log sheet, job cards and monthly reports of the site work and presenting it to the management
Schedule The Work in Accordance to Project Timeline and deadlines. o Maintain The Operations Of Purchasing Electrical Materials To The Project In Time.
Managing And Supervises Electrical Sub Contractors And Supervisors To Maintain The Performance On Job Site.
Ensure The Electrical Work Has Compiled With The Specifications, Codes And Standards According To The Shop Drawings.
Managing and Coordinating ELV System Installation and Testing In Site.
Liaise With The Client And Consultants Resolving All Onsite And Contractual Problems.
Make Electrical Schematic Diagrams And Electrical Drawings. o Keep Records Of Site Work.
Preparing Bill As Per BOQ.
Resolving Any Unexpected Technical Difficulties And Other Problems That May Arise.
