- Team Management of IT Support engineers, server L1 & L2 Engineers (Technical & Operations).

- Data backup management.
- Management of MDM solution for mobile device management.
- Team Management - Management of the outsourced Infrastructure team.
- Responsible to monitor Alerts, troubleshoot major incidents, implementation of change request and perform service request tasks.
- Management & administration of IT Infrastructure services.
- Documentation of problems and issues that occur as per the company documentation guidelines / ITIL framework.
- Administration of Active Directory & Exchange Servers infrastructure across 150+.
- Assisting the IT Support team with daily operational issues.
- Preparing the monthly reports and presenting to IT top management.
- Supporting internal customer.
- Administration & monitoring of 80+ servers across multiple locations in India.
- Trouble shooting level 1 server issues.
- Client remote & patch management using LANDesk Management.
- Level 1 SQL DBA administration at Jet air.
- Providing technical support for corporate client/server systems with Hardware and software fault fixes.
- Administration of Lotus Domino servers at Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
- Administration and Monitoring of Citrix Presentation Servers.
- Administration of Windows 2000/2003 Server & Active Directory Infrastructure.
