• Manage over 2100 stores spread across 14 different countries in coordination with regional IT teams and central operations in Mena Region.
• Ensure daily reports delivery to business on time. Responsible for any delay in daily operations processes.
• Actively involve stakeholders for problem resolution and recommend quick solutions to meet or improve daily KPI.
• Responsible for New brand, new store setups in central systems and ensure end-to-end connectivity from point to sales to reporting systems.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships within teams, stakeholders and host brands.
• Responsible for data sanity between DWH merchandise reporting and KFR financial reporting systems.
• Testing improvement process in UAT and provide approval and recommendations to projects before deployment.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Monitor production systems to agreed service level and standards.
• Performs other responsibilities as required by Operations to achieve operational efficiency.
• Make sure end-to-end connectivity in middleware for daily operational activities.
• Involve in data migration from legacy inventory system to the new platform.
• Responsibilities include expansion to UK markets. Conducted training sessions in the UK on Alshaya systems.
• Provide seamless support to local and regional IT teams in-store related issues in various capacities.
• Reconcile KFR report with Datawarehouse reports on Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis for data sanity.
• Provide 24X7 support to Alshaya Retail outlets for daily operations and reporting.
• Update daily sales in inventory system for flash reports and daily stock updates.
• Prepare scanner files for annual stock inventory for all Alshaya retail stores.
• Perform the stock count process in the inventory system and update stock discrepancy.
• Setup new brand and store in inventory systems
• Maintain data consistency and integrity between the third party and Alshaya financial systems
• Process invoices for Fashion, Health & Beauty brands in inventory system and reporting to financial systems
• Provide store opening pack for new stores across Mena region
• Responsible for the CEE market, which includes expansion in Poland, Czech, and Slovakia. Conducted training sessions in Poland head office on Alshaya systems.
• Resolve store and brand queries on the reconciliation process.
• Schedule daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for brand and management
• Provide daily picking report to operations and sales reports to higher management
• Work within the data-processing team for 24X7 support to stores and businesses0.
To train and develop students in Mathematics for various entrance exams. Plan daily and weekly schedule for upgrading their skills.
Training students in hardware and networking
To train students for AIMO ( All India Manufacturers Organization) exams in hardware and networking.
To manage Windows NT Based Networks and to properly allow user interface.
