Finance Manager with additional teaching responsibilities at Metropolitan school

Metropolitan school is an organisation operating in Pakistan. I am appointed here as a Finance Manager with additional teaching responsibilities and serving for teaching and financial activities. The nature of my work and responsibilities are:

•Develop schemes of work and plans.
•Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
•Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in organisation identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet varying needs.
•Use relevant technology to support instruction.
•Observe and evaluate performance and development.
•Assign work and assignments.
•Provide appropriate feedback on work.
•Encourage and monitor the progress of individuals.
•Manage behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
•Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules.
•Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
•Perform certain duties including support, counseling with problems and providing encouragement.
•Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities and sporting activities.
•Participate in department meetings.
•Communicate necessary information regularly to colleagues for upgrading their skills.
•Keep updated with developments in subject area, resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.
•Keeping students file and database up to date.
•Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
