DESIGNATION: Mechanical Design Engineer (March 2023 - Present)
Experienced AutoDesk & AutoCAD Mechanical Design Engineer with a proven track record in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing mechanical components and systems using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, and AutoDesk Inventor. Continuously staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies into design processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Designing functional food processing equipment using AutoCAD 2D for Drafting and AutoDesk Inventor for 3D Modelling, meeting project requirements.
• Through Knowledge in GD&T.
• Gained hands-on experience in maintaining BOM under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and meet project requirements and saved time.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving design issues which helped increase in sales of our newly developed products.
• Trained for root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for any deviations through Kaizens and OPL's.
• Effectively supervised and coordinated teams to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Designing new food products, considering factors like Dimensions, taste, texture, nutritional content, and packaging.
• Ensuring that food products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Designing and optimizing machinery used in food production, such as DIES & Inserts of particular Shapes with my Drafting and 3D modeling skills.
• Creating packaging solutions that preserve food freshness, safety, and appeal to consumers.
• Research and Development: Conducting experiments, Trails and research to improve or develop new Shapes according to the customer Requirement.
• Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of production methods and suggesting cost-saving measures.
• Working with various departments to gain the application level knowledge, Departments such as R & D DEPARTMENT, MAINTANENCE STAFF, and PRODUCTION STAFF, to bring new products to market.
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion, including budget management and timeline adherence.
