My role in PTCL as Manager civil works were as below
Verification of Work scope, Quality control, Team management and correspondence with
vendors.
Construction activities includes Exchange Buildings, Repair and maintenance of existing
buildings, structure evaluation of existing buildings, Strengthening of Existing columns, beams,
and Slab of the buildings with chemicals treatment, jacketing.
Review construction drawings, details, and specification to execute ongoing project according to the approved drawings and quality.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to resolve operational issues and
improve efficiency.
Weekly and monthly progress review meetings with contractor.
Inspecting Architectural finishes’ (internal and external paint, Texture, primer, Ceiling, Gypsum
boards, Tiles, Carpet and Board lite cladding)
My Job duties at Huawei were
Overall supervision of Site works, quality control, Team management and correspondence with
Client
Study and review of issued construction drawings, plan, details, and specification to ensure that
all works implemented and carried at site conforms to approved Drawings, Quality, Procedures
and Requirements as per standards and Procedures.
Site Management, coordination, work safety, HSE Management, approval of requisite material.
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during
construction.
Recommend measures to accelerate works and meet required completion date.
On site quantity verification and issuance of subcon PAC document.
Verification and submission of project documents to client including steel test reports, Concrete
test report, Site PPT, As build etc.
Uploading of all data related to project completion in company software ISDP in proper checklist for record purpose.
Revenue triggering of all civil works project.
My role in this company were
Supervision of pedestrian bridge foundation works and correspondence with Client
Preparation of Bar bending schedule
Quantity estimation of site
Survey of the existing road for extension
As A site engineer my job duties were
Frame structure construction supervision including but not limited to steel fixing, concrete
pouring, brick work, Filling work as per approved drawings
