• Distinguished efforts towards managing the complete human resource operations, while managing a team of four people.
• Overseeing recruitment process for which creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process and onboarding plans.
• Facilitation of non-Saudi employment, and handling termination of services.
• Additionally, responsible for organising and conducting several training and development programs and managing the performance evaluation process.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Regularly reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with the legal procedures.
• Capably managing:
o Development of salary bands and scales at the organisation level
o Deployment of Orcale ERP system for HRM, Saudization plans and solutions.
o Defining HR budgets, managing compensation and benefits systems.
o Promotion and adoption of the payroll systems.
• Effectively handling several labours issues at the labour office.
• Played a key role in the development and establishment of the HR department and several related systems and initiatives.
• Contributed significantly to developing the HR policies and procedures at the organizational level.

• Administered the complete human resource management operations at the organisation while socializing and ensuring adherence to the company HR policy amongst the employees.
• Effectively handled employee requirements to include leaves, leave entitlements settlement, end of service settlement, Service Termination interview, Service certificate, follow up air tickets, medical insurance, update social insurance data, performance management, contract termination, etc./.

o Coordinating work visas in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries as well as TAQAT and HRDF
o Archiving and updating of employees’ files and details.
o Handling the payroll, processing the salaries, and sending them the finance department.
• Oversaw the recruitment process right from screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out, background checks and onboarding.
• Adhered to procedures relevant to HR planning and personnel affairs and rolled out period staff activities.
• Charting out annual recruitment plans, Saudization plans, training and succession plans for the employees.
