• Administered the complete human resource management operations at the organisation while socializing and ensuring adherence to the company HR policy amongst the employees.
• Effectively handled employee requirements to include leaves, leave entitlements settlement, end of service settlement, Service Termination interview, Service certificate, follow up air tickets, medical insurance, update social insurance data, performance management, contract termination, etc./.
• Responsible for:
o Coordinating work visas in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries as well as TAQAT and HRDF
o Archiving and updating of employees’ files and details.
o Handling the payroll, processing the salaries, and sending them the finance department.
• Oversaw the recruitment process right from screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out, background checks and onboarding.
• Adhered to procedures relevant to HR planning and personnel affairs and rolled out period staff activities.
• Charting out annual recruitment plans, Saudization plans, training and succession plans for the employees.
