Roles and Responsibilities:
• Currently Working as Instrument& Process control Technician, my scope of job is to carryout skilled troubleshooting, repairing and Preventive Maintenance of field instruments and systems.
• Also responsible to do troubleshooting and maintenance, deciding on suitable methods of repair by Dismantling, Assembling, Replacement or Refurbishment of the needed parts.
• Ability to assist maintenance engineer to maintain and establish adequate levels of consumables and control system spare parts.
• During working in this plant I have worked on Level, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, DP Transmitters (Rosemount, Yokogawa, Bailey) Control Valves, Yokogawa Controllers PLC’s (GE Fanuc Versa Max), Thermocouples (K type) Temperature & Pressure Gauges (Ashcroft).
• I have working experience of Gas Chromatograph (Daniel Emerson Model 500, Controller Model 2350A).
• I have design experience in Relay Logic Control Circuits, Instrumentation panels, Control Loops.
• I have worked on Data Acquisition System (National Instruments) with 100 Input & outputs.
• Also experience in installation of Smoke Detectors.
• Familiar with electronic components, Test Instruments (Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators) etc.
